Your ideas become features
Customer requests turn into working functionality. The roadmap is shaped by the desks that run on it, not by a committee that has never ordered an appraisal.
About us
AIM-Port is not a general workflow tool. It began as the system an appraisal management company built to run its own high-volume national desk, and it is still shaped by people who have worked those desks.
“AIM-Port has been nothing short of an operational game changer for us. Between the LOS integration, customizable features that were mapped for our specific needs, and overall customer service, I highly recommend this platform and team.”
Our story
The origin of AIM-Port came to be because an appraisal management company needed it. High volume, national coverage, and the ordinary chaos of a desk where every order has an exception, and every lender has specific needs.
The off the shelf third-party solutions out there weren’t cutting it.
The workflows it needed every day became the platform’s foundation: ordering that lives in the loan file, allocation that follows real coverage rules, and status that everyone can see without asking. Because it was built to be lived in rather than demoed, it ended up configured for how desks actually run.
In 2021 we decided to offer AIM-Port as a solution to lenders running their own appraisal desks. In 2023, ownership sold their appraisal management company, and AIM-Port was made available to other AMCs.
In July 2025 Atlas VMS (opens in a new tab) acquired AIM-Port, kept the entire AIM-Port team, and committed to continued investment in the platform. The product is still run independently of the valuation business, which matters to the AMCs who use it.

How we work
Customer requests turn into working functionality. The roadmap is shaped by the desks that run on it, not by a committee that has never ordered an appraisal.
Clear status, dialed in workflows, and a team that answers. Your processors and your vendors should never have to guess where an order stands.
When requirements or technology shift, we adjust the platform and tell you what it means for your desk, in plain language, before the deadline.
The team has worked mortgage and appraisal operations for decades. The platform was shaped by people who had to live with its decisions.
