Does AIM-Port integrate with Encompass?
Yes. AIM-Port integrates with Encompass by ICE (EPC), so processors order, track and receive appraisals from inside the loan file, with status and documents flowing back to Encompass.
Which appraisal management companies (AMCs) can receive orders through AIM-Port?
AIM-Port connects directly to Class Valuation, Clear Capital, PropertyRate and Stewart Valuation Intelligence, and to any appraisal management company (AMC) that runs on Acuity, AIM-Port, Appraisal Scope, AppraisalFlo, Connexions, Jaro and ValueLink.
How are appraisals delivered to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA?
AIM-Port delivers completed appraisals to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac through the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), and to FHA through Electronic Appraisal Delivery (EAD). It is certified and integrated for UAD 3.6 and running it in production.
